Sean has been with for j.design.studio since January 2020 and performs all administrative functions including personnel/office management, payroll, and accounting duties. He is a leader and manager with over 21 years of active duty in the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer.  His diverse military background and experience includes multiple tours leading large numbers of active-duty Service Members providing leadership, mentorship, and training while enforcing standards and complying with military regulations. He has held positions as a departmental/divisional Chief, command occupational/industrial safety Chief, maintenance/production Chief, and has served in various project and program management roles. He has received numerous military awards and commendations for multiple Middle East and Western Pacific deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism to include Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Sean attended Indiana State University and is a FAA Commercial/Instrument licensed pilot.
